Problem

• In attachment page,  Drag and Drop attachments feature not working in Firefox Environment. 
• "Drop files here to attach them" box is also missing.
• Other supported browser shows it correctly. 

Environment

Confluence 7.13

Steps to Reproduce

• Use Firefox
• Go to any page and navigate to attachment section.
• Observed "Drop files here to attach them" section is missing   
• Try to add an attachment by dragging and dropping the file.

Expected Results

"Drop files here to attach them" should present and user should able to attach the files.

Actual Results

Box is missing and can't attach the file. 

Workaround

Use any other supported browser.
