Problem
It is not possible to create a Jira issue in Jira Cloud from a Confluence On-Premises environment version 7.15.0
Environment
- A Confluence Data Center On Premises site version 7.15.0
- A Jira Cloud site
- Issue reproduced both on Chrome and Firefox
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Jira Cloud site
- In the Confluence On-Premises environment define a new application link to the remote Jira Cloud site
- Create a new page with some text and a Jira issue Macro
- Attempt the creation of a Jira Cloud issue either using Quick Creation (text highlighting) or via the Jira Issue Macro
Expected Results
- Creating a Jira issue should be possible from Confluence Data Center On-Premises environment

Actual Results
- The fields are grayed out and the creation of the issue in Jira Cloud is not possible from Confluence Data Center

- We observe the below error in the Web Browser Console
