      Issue Summary

Jira macro can search issues When setting an application link from  Confluence server to a Jira cloud site.
However, "Create New Issue" function of Jira macro seems not working since no project returned.

More information, there are 2 application links (Jira server and Jira cloud) in a customer's environment.
They can only see projects from Jira server in  "Create New Issue".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set application link from confluence server to a Jira cloud
      2. Create a test page, and insert a Jira macro
      3. Select "Create New Issue" from tab
      4. Choose cloud site application link in Server dropdown
      5. Click "Select a project" in Project dropdown

      Expected Results

The projects in cloud should show up

      Actual Results

No project returned to dropdown list, so the new issue cannot be created.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
