Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
I've been busy lately writing a simple soap client application that updates each user profiles with data contained in an administrative database. This is running fine so far but we'll have troubles with update.
Each profile contains the contact information of the user, the phone number, etc. If this information changes (it happens quite often), we need to update the user profile ourselves sometimes.
I think there is an inconsistency in confluence on this point. As an administrator I can edit the user details of any user using the SOAP API but I can't using the web interface !!
Would it be possible to add the Edit Profile tab on each user, provided that the current user is loggued as a confluence-administrator?
