      Issue Summary

      The Office macro fails to load the Word or Excel documents on a blog post

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach some Word or Excel documents to a blog post
      2. Use the Office macro to load any of these documents on the same blog post

      Expected Results

      The Office documents content can be viewed on the blog post.

      Notes: The documents can be displayed on Confluence 7.4

      Actual Results

      An error message shown on the blog post for each Office macro:

      "We can't preview this file. You'll have to download the file to view it."

      A "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()" error is displayed in the browser console

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            A fix for this issue is available to Server and Data Center customers in Confluence 7.12.0
            Upgrade now or check out the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.
