Support for PostgreSQL 11

      Hi All, I am one of the Product Managers on the Confluence Server/DC team. We do have Postgres 11 on our short term roadmap and are aiming to have it released within the next 6 months. We are also actively looking at support for Postgres 12 and 13. I apologise for the lack of visibility on this issue. We will add another update once we have an expected release version.

      PostgreSQL 11 was released in October 2018. It would be desirable to have this supported to keep up to date with the latest PostgreSQL database versions.
