Page's PDF Export missing emoticons or renderring emoticon badly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Confluence 6.8.x
2. Create pages containing both emoticons and table . eg:
   • emoticon and text only
   • emoticon within table cells
   • emoticon before and table table
3. View Storage Format for the page and Emoticon will appear like below

   //snippet
   <ac:emoticon ac:name="minus" />
   

1. Export to PDF for all pages
2. Edit page without making any changes
3. View Storage Format for the page and Emoticon will appear like below

   //snippet

1. Export to PDF the second times

Expected Results

All emoticons exported correctly.

Actual Results

• Emoticons are not rendered in the PDF export for page that was never being edited before
• Emoticons are renderred badly for pages that was edited before

Notes:

• This is not reproducible with Confluence 6.7.0
• This test was done with Confluence 6.8.1 . PDF export was done via Chrome and Firefox
• Similar symptom when doing Space PDF Export
