My profile appears mostly empty on Atlassian Answers, however when I go into 'Edit Profile', it is fully fleshed out. See screen shots.

It looks like the communication between Answers and the profile service is down!
I just tried on my own account and I'm having the same problem. Thanks for reporting this! I'll create a new issue to track this problem:
