As Confluence Admin I would like to configure default Email Settings for users

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      User in confluence can configure it's own Email Settings (http://cofluence/users/viewmyemailsettings.action). Current defaults are quite verbose - as Admin I would like to have option to configure site defaults.
