      Some images produced by scanners or TIFF graphics which are then converted to PDF will not render in Confluence.

      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-33763 looks like a duplicate of this issue. However the difference is that the workaround does not work for some particular images, please see support case attached for example.
