Workaround for CONF-31759 not working

      Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server, Confluence 5.5.2

      We have done as requested to workaround this problem (pdf-macro rendering scanned documents as blank page), but it is not working.

      See attached what we put into /opt/confluence/bin/setenv.sh at the beginning of the file.
