Export Page to Word - page is not getting displayed in Open Office or Apple Page

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      For Mac users, who would need to open doc files in Open Office, the files do not open.

      1. Add a new page.
      2. Save the page.
      3. Go to "Tools" -> "Export to Word" and open the resulting *.doc file in Word for Mac.
      4. Now try to open that page using Libre Office or Open Office or Apple page. The page is not displayed correctly.
