Show placeholder and warning in Widget Connector if embedded material is blocked by browser due to mixed active content

      Firefox 23 now blocks mixed active content by default, so if an HTTP YouTube link is embedded using the Widget Connector in a Confluence instance that runs over HTTPS, the result is that the widget fails to appear at all. It looks like this when the page is loaded:

      This improvement request is to add a placeholder image with a warning so that the user knows what is happening instead of simply seeing a blank space.
