Add ToolTip option for links through editing UI

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be good to have tooltip option when you want to add link. For now only the target and text link field available.

      Currently, you can use Insert > Wiki Markup and enter the following

      [link|url|tooltip]

      This works for external links and hard coded links for Confluence pages, but not dynamic links.
