When a page title or space title contains certain alphanumeric characters, for example something similar to below:

Editing an attachment in Office will fail as the alphanumeric character is converted in the URL, for example:

&quot; or &amp;

You may also see an error similar to below:

Note that Edit in Word for the page itself works fine even when page title contains the character.
