When Office Document title contains certain alphanumeric characters, for example something similar to below:

Editing an attachment in Office will fail as the alphanumeric character is converted in the URL, for example:

Same issue occurred when trying to "Edit Document" - embedded Office document in Confluence page via Office Connector macro.

Rename the page title to exclude the alphanumeric characters
