Edit in Word does not work correctly when page title contains charaters like " and ?

    Description

      We named 2 pages with these names:

      ?test
      "test?"

      The fist page return "null" in Edit in Word, the second one a gray Microsoft Word window. But normally I'd expect "text to edit in word".
