Profile and Status navigations are not working for a username which contains plus character

      Create a username such as 'a+b'

      Log in as that user.

      Profile and Network will both work from the User menu, but Status Updates does not.

      All 3 will give "Page not found" if you click on the tabs within the profile screens.
