Creating link to attachment with a name containing double space generates broken link (with a single space instead of double) in IE

      Client: IE 7, Windows XP

    Description

      Path to reproduce:
      1. Click Edit page
      2. Click Insert link icon
      3. Go to Attachments tab
      4. Choose file with a double space in the name (Like "A B.doc", two spaces between A and B)

      In "Link" edit box you get a link with a single space between A and B ("A B.doc"), thus the link is broken.

      The same for more than two subsequent spaces - looks like more spaces are compressed to one space character.
