Insert link dialog in IE collapses spaces in attachment filename

In IE:
1. Attach a document. I used "title 02.jpg" (with multiple spaces).
2. Edit the page and click create link (I did this in wiki markup editing, but I assume it works the same in both)
3. Go to the attachments tab and click the "title 02.jpg" link
4. The filename will go in the link box with only 1 space (^title 02.jpg).
5. click okay then save the page.
6. Link shows up as broken.
