RTE adds unrequested alias to attachment links that contain apostrophes, breaking the links

      1. Add links to attachments containing leading/multiple/trailing apostrophes with RTE & save
      2. Unrequested alias added to attachment links which break the links

      Example: adding this;

      [^!leading_apostrophe.jpg]
[^middle ! apostrophe.jpg]
[^multi ! apostrophe !.jpg]
[^trailing_apostrophe!.jpg]

      results in;

      [!leading_apostrophe.jpg|^!leading_apostrophe.jpg]
[middle ! apostrophe.jpg|^middle ! apostrophe.jpg]
[multi \! apostrophe \!.jpg|^multi ! apostrophe !.jpg]
[trailing_apostrophe!.jpg|^trailing_apostrophe!.jpg]
