The selection page for links does not allow selection of attachments with single quotes in the name. It just stops and does nothing. I presume it probably has to do with JavaScript and not having it encoded correctly. Either this page could be fixed or you may want to change to not allow attachments with quotes in them. I will attach a screen shot.
