Images with apostrophe in the filename causes Insert Image page thumbnails to break

      If you attach an image with apostrophe's in the filename, the Insert Image page will not be able to render the thumbnail for that image. Also, clicking on the filename doesn't automatically will not automatically place the filename into the filename field.

      Moved the 2nd part of this issue to CONF-13642.
