Square bracket in attachment names breaks links

      Square brackets ( [, ] ) in attachment file names cause issues when linking to attachments, making links render incorrectly unless they are escaped.

      It would be best if Confluence prevented users from uploading files with square brackets in their names, just like it does with '+' or '&' characters.
