      COMMENTS
In my company the square bracket is part of our document naming convention and is not easily changed (1200+ documents).
We were hoping to roll Confluence out by Christmas however this issue has brought it us to a standstill.
It has been mentioned that we can use ([), however this is not practical as it is not intuitive and requires
documentation for any user linking to any of our documents.

      SUGGESTED RESOLUTION
Change the default linking character -- i.e. [[double]] brackets instead of [single] brackets
