This feature would create a new kind of table that has a header which stays in place while the normal rows scroll. This would be very useful for situations where you have many rows present. This would mean, for instance, that the page could fit on a single screen allowing the user to scroll just the table rows, instead of scrolling the whole page and losing the header information.
