In page exports, repeat table headings on each page if the table extends past a page

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, the table heading row only appears at the top of the table, even if the table itself stretches into multiple pages.

      A customer has requested that the table heading row be repeated in each subsequent page.

      This would be along the same lines as:

      Would be useful for both PDF and Word exports.
