      Problem

Currently, Space Analytics lacks key metadata fields such as Page Owner, Page Creator, and Last Updated By.

This limitation makes it difficult to accurately identify content responsibility and activity, especially when trying to define or automate the concept of "inactive pages."

As a result, teams face challenges in managing content lifecycle and ownership, and existing automation (see CONFCLOUD-83329 and CONFCLOUD-83390 ) is less effective due to insufficient data.

      Suggested Solution

Add the following fields to Space Analytics and its export functionality:

      • Page Creator/Author
      • Page Creator/Author email
      • Page Owner
      • Page Owner email
      • Page Last Editor
      • Page Last Editor email

      Why This Is Important

Enhancing Space Analytics with these fields would empower teams to more effectively track content ownership, automate content reviews, and address issues related to inactive pages. This would reduce manual effort, improve accountability, and help relieve pressure on bug fixes by providing alternative ways to manage and audit content activity.

      Workaround

At present, there is no direct way to obtain all these fields from Space Analytics. Some information may be available through manual page inspection or API calls, but this is not scalable or reliable for large spaces.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
