When exporting Site Analytics about Users' data, the values don't match what is shown in the User interface

Suggested Solution

The Analytics export data should match the Analytics UI displayed data.

The counts displayed in the main table may differ slightly from those shown after clicking on a row because our search insights are based on large-scale approximations. For more accurate counts in these cases, refer to the additional insights panel.

• Keep in mind that you'll only see spaces and content that you have permission to view.

The Analytics UI displays the correct number, as the Analytics-exported data differs from the UI due to the above reasons. 

Why This Is Important

This is the referencing information/date for the company to understand the users' activities and reporting purposes. 

Workaround

To engage with the site admin to export the Analytics.
