Problem
Currently, the User Access feature in the Confluence Administration panel only provides an option to export a file to see a list of spaces users have permission to view and administer.
This is not as efficient as it could be, as it requires exporting and reviewing external files rather than quickly accessing this information directly within the user interface.
Suggested Solution
Enhance the User Access feature to allow administrators to view the list of spaces users can access directly within the Confluence UI.
This feature could be implemented similarly to the existing macro usage functionality, providing a more seamless and integrated experience.
Why This Is Important
Having the ability to review user access directly within the UI would significantly improve permission management. It would make the process more intuitive and user-friendly, saving time and reducing the complexity associated with exporting and reviewing files.
This enhancement would also help administrators in making quicker, more informed decisions regarding user permissions.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
