User groups usage report

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      It would be very helpful to know where a group is being used (in what spaces and with what page restrictions) in Confluence.

      This would allow us to improve the way product administrators manage groups and clean up all unused groups.

      It will also help, product administrators to assess the group usage and take actions

            This has been a blind spot in our Confluence management that takes a lot of manual work or a much heavier reliance on OKTA, which doesnt easily take care of existing Atlassian user groups.
