      Problem Definition

Administrators don't have a way to list spaces and restricted pages that a group has access.

      Suggested Solution

Implement a solution to view spaces and restricted pages that a group has access to, as well as the corresponding permissions.

      Workaround

Reach out to Atlassian Support who can help by running SQL queries directly in the DB.

[CONFCLOUD-74405] List which spaces and (restricted) pages a group can access

deleted a group that supposedly had no page restrictions.. surprise HR lost access to all their pages. This feature would be extremely helpful for admins.

As I just had issues with ghost restrictions because I inadvertently deleted a group which where used in resctrictions, I think this topic is important.

I would love to be able to tell which spaces and what restricted pages a user or group has access to.

04bd8936a9c8, while the documentation is specific to DC/Server, the workaround is correct for Cloud. Open a support request and Atlassian will be able to perform those queries on behalf of customers and provide the results.

Your work around only relates to Confluence server. We need a solution for Confluence cloud.

Crazy that you cannot do this, some things you should not need us to ask for, its just basic functionality that any normal application would offer for usability. Otherwise you have to manually check into each space, and if you have 10s or hundreds that a BIG pain
