Problem
Currently, the "User Access" feature in Confluence Cloud does not easily allow for the selection of multiple users or groups to review their permissions across the entire Confluence Cloud instance.
This limitation hinders efficient management and auditing of user permissions.
Suggested Solution
Introduce an expanded feature that enables multiple entries or batch selections for reviewing user and group permissions. Additionally, provide a comprehensive report that includes all users or groups, detailing their permissions throughout the Confluence Cloud instance.
Why This Is Important
Efficient management and auditing of user permissions are crucial for maintaining security and proper access control within an organization. The ability to batch select and review permissions will streamline administrative tasks, reduce manual effort, and minimize the risk of oversight.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
