Problem

When editing a page containing an Excerpt macro with the "Remove title and frame" option enabled, the macro content appears squished in edit mode, making it difficult to view and edit the content.

• Excerpt macro with "Remove title and frame" option

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with an Excerpt macro.
2. Enable the "Remove title and frame" option in the macro settings.
3. Edit the page containing the Excerpt macro.

Expected Results

The Excerpt macro content should be displayed normally, allowing easy viewing and editing in edit mode.

Actual Results

The Excerpt macro content appears squished in edit mode, making it difficult to observe and edit.

Workaround

Disable the "Remove title and frame" option, save the changes, and then edit the page again to display the content correctly.
