Incorrect "Insert Except" macro width when "Remove title and frame" option is selected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an insert excerpt without title and frame
2. Observe width is smaller than correct width

Expected Results

Width remains the same

Actual Results

when "Remove title and frame" option is selected, the width is reduced

Workaround
