Problem
When the "User added to group" trigger is used in Confluence Cloud automation, no actions are performed upon adding a user to a group.
This issue persists without any error messages or logs, indicating that the trigger might be disabled or broken.
Environment
Confluence Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation rule in Confluence Cloud with the trigger "User added to group".
- Specify a group to monitor.
- Add a user to the specified group.
Expected Results
The automation rule should trigger and perform the defined actions when a user is added to the specified group.
Actual Results
When a user is added to the specified group, no actions are performed. The trigger does not activate, and there are no error messages to indicate a failure.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround.
Notes
Refer to the documentation for the automation trigger: Triggers in Confluence Automation. The documentation states that the trigger should activate when a user is added to a group, but this functionality is currently not operational.
