Issue Summary
When utilizing Confluence automation, users are unable to identify all inactive pages and update their statuses globally. This limitation impacts workflows that rely on consistent status updates across multiple spaces.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation
- select the "Branch rule / for each inactive page"
- try to change the pages status.
Expected Results
The automation rule should successfully search across all spaces and update the status of inactive pages globally.
Actual Results
A limitation prevents the rule from operating on a global scope. The log displays the following message:
"We can't run a rule relating to page status on a global scope. Select Rule details and change the Scope field to one or more spaces."
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
