Microsoft Word attachment cannot preview Korean Character in confluence page

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: n/a

When previewing a Microsoft attachment with Docx file that is written in Korean characters.
The content does not load the Korean characters.

 Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an attachment macro
2. Upload the docx file which contains Korean characters
3. Proceed to click on view on the attachment

Expected Results

The content gets loaded

Actual Results

The Korean character does not get load

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
