Microsoft Office attachment cannot preview Thai Character in confluence page

Issue Summary

When previewing a Microsoft attachment with Docx file that is written in Thai characters.
The content does not load the Thai characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an attachment macro
2. Upload the docx file which contains thai characters
3. Proceed to click on view on the attachment

Expected Results

The content gets loaded

Actual Results

The Thai character does not get load
