Microsoft docx attachment cannot preview Georgian Character in confluence page

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: n/a

When previewing a Microsoft attachment with Docx file that is written in Georgian characters.
The content does not load the Georgian characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an attachment macro
2. Upload the docx file which contains Georgian characters
3. Proceed to click on view on the attachment

Expected Results

The content gets loaded

Actual Results

The Georgian character does not get load

Workaround

• Currently download the attachment to view the Georgian contents.
• Before uploading the docx file, save the file with option "embedding custom fonts" described in 3rd party vendor knowledge article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/benefits-of-embedding-custom-fonts-cb3982aa-ea76-4323-b008-86670f222dbc#OfficeVersion=macOS
