Issue Summary
After migration from server to cloud, attachment thumbnails no longer show previews of their content. It shows: 'We couldn't load the file.'
CONFCLOUD-76151: Attachment previews not showing after server to cloud migration issue is fixed for legacy editors but not for pages using fabric editor (new editor).
Steps to Reproduce
- Migrate from server
- Try to view the thumbnail of the attachment on the fabric editor
Expected Results
The attachment thumbnail is visible.
Actual Results
The attachment thumbnail shows as 'We couldn't load the file.'
Workarounds
- Edit the affected page and change the file display from "Display inline" to "Display thumbnail":
OR - When possible, revert the page back to the legacy editor
To avoid this issue,
- DON'T enable site-level auto conversion to new editor before or after the migration
- DON'T enable conversion to new editor on space-level after migration
