      Issue

Uninstalling a third-party app from Confluence does not remove the app user from space permissions and does not remove the user.

      Description

Uninstalling a third-party app like Numbered Headings app from Confluence does not remove the app user NumberedH from space permissions and does not remove/deactivate the user. This user cannot be deleted from UI or through the API call.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Installed a third-party app like Numbered Headings app on the Confluence Cloud instance.
      2. Once installed, uninstall the app.
      3. Check any space and you will see app user NumberedH is still present.
      4. Check the account for this user and you will see it is active.
      5. Try to delete the user from UI or from the API call, you won't be able to delete it.

      Expected Result

After the uninstallation, the user and it's permission should be removed or at least disabled.

      Actual Result

After the uninstallation, user and permissions stay on the Confluence and its space permissions.
