      Issue

Uninstalling a third-party app from Confluence does not remove the app user from space permissions and does not remove the user.

      Description

Uninstalling a third-party app like Bulk Action Tools app from Confluence does not remove the app user Hello World from space permissions and does not remove/deactivate the user. This user cannot be deleted from UI or through the API call.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Installed a third-party app like Bulk Action Tools app on the Confluence Cloud instance.
      2. Once installed, uninstall the app.
      3. Check any space and you will see app user Bulk Action Tools is still present.

      Expected Result

After the uninstallation, the user and it's permission should be removed or at least showed as Unlicensed.

      Actual Result

After the uninstallation, user and permissions stay on the Confluence and its space permissions.
