      Summary

Sometimes when a user navigates to a page in Confluence with an anchor or header link, the link is being processed before pictures are loaded, thus changing where the user lands on the page.

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page with images and add a header/anchor in the middle of the page/content > Save
      2. Copy the link to the header / anchor
      3. On another page or Jira issue, paste the link
      4. Access the link.

      Expected Results
The page should open with the header/anchor on the top of the page.

      Actual Results
The link sometimes jumps to an unexpected position on the page.
