Sometimes when a user navigates to a page in Confluence with an anchor in the URL, the anchor is being processed before pictures are loaded, thus changing where the end-user is left on the page.
Environment
Confluence Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a long page with images and add an anchor in the middle of the page/content
- Create another page. Add a link to a text link > pointing to the anchor created in Step 1
- Access the link.

Actual Results
The anchor sometimes jumps to an unexpected position on the page
