Deep link scrolling is off target position when expanding macros are on the target page

      Steps

      1. Click link to a header or anchor on another page which contains expanding macros

      Expectation

      • Page ends up scrolled to target link or anchor

      Observations

      • Page scrolls to incorrect position, not at the top of the screen, but not at the target either.
