Issue Summary

When an anchor link pointed to another is clicked, it takes some time to jump to the respective anchor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page A
2. Create page B
3. on the page A create an anchor link to page B
4. Click on the anchor link on page A 
5. it redirects to Page B, but takes time to jump to the anchor specified.

Expected Results

The Anchor link should not take time to jump to the specified anchor on a different page.

Actual Results

Anchor link to a different page takes long time to redirect

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
