Issue Summary
Anchor links take a while to redirect to the target anchor on another page, even after the page finishes loading. Sometimes it doesn't redirect to the anchor (intermittently).
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page (A)
- Add at least 5 paragraphs of text
- Add An anchor macro to the page and set it with the parameter
- Select a word or text to be a heading on the same page
- Create another page (B)
- Copy the page link from page A
- Paste the link from page A macro and add the parameter from anchor macro with #<parameter> on the /link macro and add a text
- Go to page A and copy the link for the heading
- Paste the heading link on /link macro and add a text
Expected Results
The anchor macro link redirects to the target location on the page as soon the page finishes loading.
Actual Results
The anchor link on another page takes a while to redirect to the target location, if the same is on another page, even if the page finishes loading.
If the anchor is on the same page, it redirects us instantly.
If we're using a heading instead, it also redirects us faster than the anchor on another page.
Workaround
Add a heading to a word near the target anchor location (any heading size) and copy the link to redirect to the heading instead.
