      Issue Summary

This issue is with how the Table of Contents macro refers to the headings present inside a third-party macro. The third-party macro, called Numbered Headings, can be found on the following marketplace page: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/16063/numbered-headings?hosting=cloud&tab=support.
The links created in the Table of Contents macro are not correctly linking to the headings present inside the third-party macro.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Install the Numbered Headings Macro on your instance.
      • On a page have Table Of Contents macro on top.
      • Below of TOC macro, place vanilla headings as offered standard by Confluence.
      • Below these headings, use the numbered headings macro and put some headings within it.
      • Publish the page, and check navigation to each heading using the Table of Contents macro.

      Expected Results

It should scroll to the heading inside the numbered headings macro.

      Actual Results

The links for standard headings will work, but the one for numbered headings will not work as it does not scroll to the heading inside the numbered headings macro.
