      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: no

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install a 3rd-party app such as Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence or Handy Macros
      2. Create a page with the Table of Contents macro and a Gliffy diagram
      3. Format the Gliffy diagram as a Heading (H2)

      Expected Results

We expect the diagram to be skipped from the table of contents or to appear in the TOC.

      Actual Results

The TOC breaks showing Javascript code.

      Workaround

Manually edit the affected pages and format the 3rd-party macro as a Paragraph.

Note: This happen to any regular attachments used as headings. The attachment heading works and shows correctly in DC TOC but not in the Confluence Cloud TOC.
